About me

I'm an English-speaking integrative therapist based in Utrecht, working with adults, adolescents, and children. I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted, and when the approach is flexible enough to meet them where they are.
What I enjoy most about therapy is getting to know how people make sense of their experiences. Every person has a unique story, and I find it meaningful to work collaboratively to understand patterns, build insight, and support lasting change.
I don't believe therapy is about applying the same method to everyone. Instead, I see therapy as a collaborative process that adapts to the individual. Some people benefit from practical strategies, others from exploring past experiences, and others from creative or experiential work. Together, we find an approach that fits you.
